We meet with a set topic to draw or paint. These range from a still life, a study of a known painter, or a new technique brought by a member to share. Members suggest topics at the beginning of term which we work through.
During the warmer summer months we work outside in various locations not too far away.

Yoga Flow
This yoga flow class Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Chair yoga is also offered.
Together we'll work on building more strength and flexibility in the body, while flowing through the key poses of yoga.

Classes are pay-as-you-go, but I do ask that you book in advance so that I can keep numbers small.

Yoga
Friendly and welcoming classes open to both men and women of all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes to increase your strength, mobility and flexibility.
The style of yoga I teach is Flow Yoga (moving fluidly from one pose to another synchronising breath with movement) combined with some longer 'held' poses to target the connective tissues in our hips, pelvis and lower spine.
With regular attendance, you will soon start to feel the far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind.
